About the job:
Based in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join the NATO Infrastructure Services Centre (NISC), which is accountable for planning and executing the full lifecycle management activities (design, transition and operations) for the identified area of responsibility. NISC provides generic, domain independent, technical functionality that enables and facilitates the operation and use of Information Technology resources.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Principal Project Manager who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
· Project Management
· Risk Management
· Requirements Definition and Management
· User Experience Evaluation
· Contract Management
· Stakeholder Relationship Management

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
· A Master’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience. Or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years post related experience.
· Recent experience in Project management of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), acquisition and / or development projects for a large organization.
· Proven ability to work successfully within an international environment of military or civilian staff, with Industries, and in Sponsor/Industry negotiations.
· Experience in planning, design, system engineering and implementation of military or other C4ISR systems.
· Experience in Project Management tools, managing cost and labour.
· A recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP. The lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by the demonstration of expertise and experience in the domain
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken
