About the job:
Based in Brussels, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join CSU Brussels, which is the leading provider of Communications and Information System (CIS) products and services to locally based NATO entities such as the NATO Headquarters and International and Military Staff. CSU Brussels enables end-to-end CIS services and manages critical technological capabilities during peacetime, crisis and war.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Head, Cyber Security Section who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
• Oversees seamless day-to-day operation of the Cyber Security services for NATO HQ including endpoint security, gateway security, cryptography, incident management and log management.
• Ensures that service level agreements are met, and that customer satisfaction is maintained, and leads the resolution efforts for all incidents and disruptions and communicates with stakeholders.
• Leads the local security incident management process.
• Responsible for the management and development of staff members within the Cyber Security Section.

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
• A Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognized/certified university in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience; Or, a secondary educational qualification with 10 years post-related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Cyber Security engineering experience in complex ICT environments with a minimum of 2000 users.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the management of CIS systems including extensive experience in team management and staff work;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
