About the job:
Based in Mons, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join the Resource Portfolio Management Office (RPMO) with the Directorate of CIS Support Units (DCSU). DCSU is the central management authority over the CSUs which provide Communications and Information System (CIS) products and services to locally based NATO entities across Europe, Asia and North America.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Resource Manager (Portfolio) who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
• Responsible for the business planning, execution, and portfolio management related duties of the Resource and Portfolio Management Office.
• Engages and influences senior managers to ensure the portfolio will deliver on agreed business objectives;
• Leads the definition of a portfolio of programs, projects, and/or on-going service provision;
• Plans, schedules, monitors and reports on portfolio-related activities;
• Lead the preparation and submission of IYRs (Interim Year Reports) and QPRs (Quarterly Performance Reviews);
• Coordinate and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure adherence to agreed performance standards;
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
• A Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognized/certified university in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 10 years post-related experience;
• Experienced in coordinating the management of Customer Request Forms (CRFs);
• Experienced in management and coordination of assets under the construction phase, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance;
• Experienced in ServiceNow (or similar and comparable tools) operations to ensure efficient service delivery;
• Experienced in the preparation and submission of In Year Reports (IYRs) and Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs);
• Knowledge and experience in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure performance standards are met;
• Knowledge and experience in enterprise resource planning systems, project management processes, procedures and tools;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
