About the job:
Based in The Hague, Netherlands you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join the Chief People Office (CPO) that provides a solution-oriented service ensuring strategic human capital insight is executed to enhance timely and effective decision making to achieve the overall Agency’s goals and strategy. CPO establishes and administers policies, guidance and the best practices across workforce management, talent acquisition, talent management and staff services.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic HR Technology and Data Analyst. A key role in driving digital HR transformation and future integrations. You will lead analytics and tech for the Chief People Office, shape data strategies, deliver actionable reporting, manage system enhancements, and forge strong partnerships across NATO’s digital and BI communities. You will be the link between NCIA technical counterparts who deliver business applications and CPO.
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Lead CPO Representation in HR Technology & Analytics
- Drive the Digital HR & People Data Strategy
- Champion System and Process Improvements
- Translate Business Needs into Smart Reporting, Systems and Automation Solutions
- Foster Strategic Collaboration Across NATO and BI Networks

**Internally this position is titled: HR Data Analytics and Continuous Improvement Analyst
About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline (normally leading to a professional qualification) with 4 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years post-related experience;
- At least 4 years of experience working within the area of HR, HR Analytics and Process Improvements;
- Strong demonstrable experience of working with HR IT systems;
- Proven experience in stakeholder-facing roles, managing performance indicators (KPI’s), and driving a high-quality service experience across internal teams and functions.
- Experience and ability to collect and prioritise HR requirements and to translate them into technical solutions and vice versa;
- Experience on roles requiring good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
