About the job:
Based in Braine L’Alleud, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join the NATO Digital Workplace Centre (NDWC), which is responsible for the Digital Workplace, covering operational NATO services, across all content classifications and security domains, for desktop computing, mail, instant messaging, video teleconference (VTC), content services platforms, telephony, printing and mobility services. NDWC responsibilities also cover the support of digital events, meetings and large-scale conferences for both the Agency and NATO stakeholders. NDWC also has the responsibility for driving the future roadmaps of these services across the NATO Enterprise to enable a NATO Digital Workplace through new services.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Digital Collaboration Engineer (SharePoint Administrator) who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
· Systems Design
· Systems Integration and Build
· Software Configuration
· Application Support
· Systems Installation and Removal
· Incident Management
· Service Requests Implementation
· Change an Configuration Management

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
· A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
· At least 2 years' experience designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing collaboration tools and platforms within a digital ecosystem of an organization.
· Experience deploying communication and collaboration software (such as video conferencing systems, team messaging applications, and document sharing platforms).
· Experience providing end users support.
· At least two years of recent practical experience in administrating software solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint;
· Knowledge and experience of at least one agile delivery framework (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, AgilePM, SAFe, etc.) and related tools;
· Detailed knowledge and extensive experience of Microsoft SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019 /SE/Online) administration and troubleshooting;
· Knowledge and working experience of Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy Objects;
· Practical experience of Windows scripting and the PowerShell, specifically applied to SharePoint Server administration and related APIs;
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken
